Customer Testimonials
Every one of our classes and our customers are important to us. At the end of each class, we ask for the participants to complete a completely anonymous evaluation of the course. All evaluations are retained in our office and reviewed for the score and any written comments made on them. The comments are reviewed with the instructor with particular attention being paid to any area where a "good" or less is indicated.

- The course was great. I was very impressed with the course. I would have enjoyed a bit more coverage on actual classroom instruction (how/proper teaching techniques). However, what was taught was covered very well. Thank you. (As the result of this comment, we are examining the material covered during this basic course. The course already covers more material on instruction skills than similar courses. Additionally, we do offer a more comprehensive instructor course for people who wish to learn to instruct or improve their skills - Industrial and Trades Instructor Course.)
